Without taking away from other nations that have unique cuisines of their own, there are really two cultures in the world that know how to make succulent, flavor rich and mouthwatering food, Iran is one of them. 

Yesterday I decided to visit Pars Restaurant at the new Mirdif shopping center  in Dubai and experience a classic Iranian dish called “Kabab Soltani”. 

What I found absolutely amazing about the place was not only the ambiance of Persia, the hospitable and friendly service but also the presentation.

Here is me talking about my experience at Pars and if you are in the neighborhood of a good Iranian restaurant I suggest going in for a lovely Iranian cuisine.  It is absolutely Devine.
