the decentralized power base

So I was asked to speak at INOTEX 2018 in Tehran, IRAN on the topic of smart cities, smart economies.  I am very honored to do so.

Since I am an advocate of the new MEconomy and firmly believe in the power of human capital and collective action around a common goal with a common interest as one of the pillars of MEconomic success the focus of my talk will actually revolve around “smart citizens” as a predecessor to building smart cities.
